Works perfect with my mom's device. I think it's a little overpriced considering it's only a small microphone-but it was worth it to me so my mom didn't keep having to ask me to repeat myself!

Hearing aids outside the box
The mic is great to use with the Williams' Pocketalker for one on one conversations and placed on my TV monitor to listen to late night programs with little or no sound so as not to disturb any neighbors in the institution where I live. I have no beef with this handy microphone. My beef is the reluctance of people to cooperate and use it properly.. My mechanism has too short a cord and the necessity of a too heavy pair of over the ear headphones. I have looked in vain for something else, but the Pocketalker is limited in use. The fact that I got a 2nd mic is proof that it's a great little gadget. I would rate it a 5. Sound quality is superb. I have also used the gadget to enhance quality of sound on voice mails and pc audios.
