Handle is a wee bit short... But does the job.
I'm 5'4" and using this on the stairs is a little tricky due to the cart being a little too short for me. I'm trying to decide how to extend the handle so that it's easier to maneuver. It does pull the stairs as it's made to do.

Love it easy to assemble, use and maneuver
The media could not be loaded. Very easy to assemble my teenage son did it by himself. Just make sure you insert the mounting shaft into the holes of the trolley frame ( see last 2 pics above). One con is you can overload it making it heavier to use and pull up the stairs. So to solve that problem I ordered another one exactly like this one and received it yesterday it was much lighter with groceries divided between the two shopping carts and Very maneuverable. Very easy to use.😊It was Very easy to fit and load into the van,(see video) up the stairs and into the apartment.🎆🎉 No fumbling with a lot of bags and trying to get your keys out. 😊I do put a 13 gallon trash bag in to keep the wetness from the frozen items from making a mess. Truly the shopping bag is easy to turn inside out and wipe clean if you don't want to use a garbage bag. love the pockets ( sides and zipper pocket in the back) I put the bungees cords and bags in the back zipper pocket. Also can use for sanitizer, wipes, coupons, money, etc..

Not As Described
The description labels the cart as "Heavy Duty" with a weight limit of 150 pounds. Was surprised when I took the cart out of the box. This isn't a sturdy cart that will hold 150 pounds.

Perfect for apartment stairs
I love this cart. Once I realized you shouldn’t put your grocery bags on top of it in the trunk, it was perfect lol! It was easy to pull up the stairs and into the kitchen to unload. Highly recommend

Not worth it!
If you want this to carry bundles down the street it is fine, but I like my wagon better. If you want it to bring bundles upstairs, read: I can put typically 2 grocery bags in it. You basically have to drag it up the stairs and it works well. It is however heavy to pull. It is easier to just carry the 2 bundles. What I was thinking when I bought it was if I could put more in here than I could carry, I would save trips. That has not happened, at least yet. I could see it being good if you have to carry a bunch of loose small things. You should be able to figure out if it will work for you based on my description of what it holds. I have not tried it as a dolly. It is for me just another thing with no place to put it and it is always upstairs if I want to bring up things from the car and vice versa!

Durable, comfortable to use. NO TOOLS!
I like the bag size nice and deep, the cart isn't heavy, easy to maneuver, it goes up and down the stairs with ease. I like the side pockets the large one in the back is perfect for the bungeycords. The footing is smaller then most, but it is just as strong. Easy to assemble no tools needed.

Did not come as described. Directions were confusing.
This product has a black plastic base, not the aluminum one in the picture. It does not seem sturdy enough to carry anything heavy such as groceries or bottled water. The frame and wheels seem durable. The directions are confusing.

Difficult to put together.
I did not like the instructions on how to assemble the cart. It was not made easy. I had to go on Amazon to find out how to put it together. Amazon had step by step picture tutorial.
