Perfect for a 9year old
Night as a Christmas gift for my 9yr old. (Of course I had to check it out first) it seems like it will be VERY EASY for my daughter to'assemble' (prepare, use, whatever the phrase is) has a mild scent, not so over powering you get slapped by the scent but a nice mild "that's nice" scent.

Lotion Kit? More Like Emotion Kit (Because It Made Me Sad)
This kit had one job—to make lotion—and it barely even did that. It only makes TWO tiny bottles, and the quality is giving dollar store science project. Save your money and your sanity. For the same price, you could buy a whole gallon of good lotion on Amazon and let your kid live their best DIY life with food coloring and a few scents. This kit? Straight-up trash. My 8-year-old looked at it like, “That’s it?” Same, girl. Same.

Fun but correct colors were missing
Kit says it has 4 colors but ours only had 2. My granddaughter enjoyed mixing the lotion ingredients but it really needs to have more color options

Bought this for my daughter’s 7th birthday and she loved it. Does require parent help transferring the lotion to the bottle once mixed.
