Works up beautifully with some adjustments
While this is not for beginners, this is an easy piece to do if you prepare your Aida properly ( graph it out in pencil). The instructions are definitely in order; they are in a larger scale than the piece itself for easier reading so they are presented in several pages.My only criticism is that it is darker and more gray than the original print. I simply substituted 2 shades of blue/gray floss for the smokier colors provided. This lightened the sky and added the blue needed.Don’t let this piece scare you. It works up beautifully.

I would give this product zero stars if I could because the string is not DMC and the color is different from the portrayed picture.Everything is dark and gray.I tried using the left over string for another project and ruined it because the string was not the same color written for DMC.

I haven't bought it yet, but I wanted to let others who might love this painting know what it's called. I have an umbrella, a bag, and a framed print. It's by Jack Vettriano and it's titled "The Singing Butler."

Impossible!
Instead of one page showing the pattern, a booklet of 9 pages, not even in the proper order was provided. Too many symbols and impossible to read. Returned!
