Mr. PenFelt Tip Pens, Black Pen, 12 Pack, Fast Dry, No Smear, Planner Markers

The colors are vibrant and oh so pretty and with 16 colors to choose from to boot. I manage quite a few different accounts at work and each account has their own personalized details that are specific to them and only them so I have detailed notes for each account. I like for the notes to be sectioned off by each step and to have each step in a different color which helps me isolate each individual step. Yes I could type the notes up on a computer and just change the font color as I like but I'm old school and I prefer hand written notes. Plus over time I tend to add little tips here and there in the margins. These pens allow me to do exactly what I want and with the 0.7mm tips my notes look so clean and since the ink doesn't bleed I don't have to worry about not being able to use both sides of the page if I choose and the ink doesn't "seep out" when I write (so my writing on my notes is clear and legible). They come in a nifty little pouch which keeps them together and easily accessible.I did have one small issue with the pens. The purple pen didn't write as well as the others. It was as if it were almost dry. I didn't realize this until after it was too late to return to Amazon. When reviewing the details of my order I saw where I could click a link that said "Get Product Support". This link allowed me to contact the manufacturer (Mr. Pen) regarding my issue. I emailed them and included my Amazon order number as instructed and explained my problem. I asked that if it possible could they replace that specific pen and if not then no worries as it really isn't the end of the world. I messaged them on a Tuesday at 12:12 PM Eastern Daylight Time. There was no auto reply email saying the garden variety "Thank you for contacting us, someone will address your concern soon". Instead I received an email at 8:53 AM Eastern Daylight Time the very next day. This email said they appreciated my contacting them and that they have issued a refund of my order, mind you I didn't ask for one. It wasn't a form letter type email. It was specific to me. I have honestly never in my 41 years dealt with any business no matter thew type regarding a problem and had it be this dang easy and zero hassle, no questions asked no forms to fill out I didn't have to do anything other than send my first and only email.Plus the mustache stickers that come with the pens is so stinking cute.

I loooove these pens. They write so well and there’s no smudging even though they almost look like it has a marker tip but thin. I got these for my daughter for school but I used one and loved how they wrote

Overall I am very happy with my purchase of these pens. I am a fan of PaperMate Flair pens typically, and these are comparable to those in my opinion. The colors are very cute but some are light to read in certain lights. See the attached image to see what each color looks like.

I bought a set of pens they were great. Then bought Metallic pens and was blown away. Now The felt markers are amazing. Mr. Pen is a hidden gem! I have very high end felt markers that are 12.00 usd a piece and these are as good for literal pennies.

I thought these would be a cheaper alternative to Flair pens but they write VERY thin, nothing like Flair pens. They are fine for what they are but you need to like thin light lines.

I buy Mr PEN Products all the time. I must admit usually I get their felt tip pen with black ink. The other day I was looking and decided to try Mr PENS Black Pigment ink pen. Call me crazy but I have gotten so excited over this simple pen. The flow when you write with it, is so efficient. There is never a moment that the ink stops or doesn't lay precisely on the paper you're using. I tried basic notebook, scap and paper with a coated finish and this pen never failed to out perform. Me being a writer still write many pieces long hand so needless to say this pen didn't run low on ink at all. It could become my newest favorite writing tool. Have I even mentioned you once again get the super affordable price Mr.Pen is known for. I would easily pay 2× the amount I did for the pack of 12. Give it a try and remember no matter how long you have Mr . Pens Products you can get a complete refund or replacement. This company is my go to and will never let you down. I find myself giving these pens to all my friends with the question, tell me if that's not the best writing pen?

These are great skinny markers! So easy to write with and I love all the colors. I’m usually very loyal to other brands but took a chance and happy I did! Great for a gift too

I write all day, everh day at my job. I have tried every felt tip pen on the market. There are none better than Mr Pen, Felt tip. None. Better. They last a long time, the tip never wears down or squishes, doesn't bleed thru, writes smooth as silk, and the price! Can't beat it. I'll buy these pens as long as they make them.

These pens were terrible! I am a teacher and I am forever looking for a cheaper alternative to Flair pens. This isn't it. They write poorly, dry out quickly, and were an absolute waste of money.
