This 40-cup water filter dispenser is a huge upgrade and truly fantastic. The water filters extremely well and in a timely manner. I made sure to follow the instructions that came with it precisely, and the system works flawlessly, delivering clean water quickly. The large capacity is the absolute game-changer for me. I previously had a 28-cup model, and I constantly had to fill it up at least twice a day, which quickly became a chore. The 40-cup size drastically cuts down on refilling time, making it much more convenient for daily use. I am also very impressed with the shape. Despite holding 40 cups, the design is surprisingly compact and fits perfectly in a variety of spaces without taking up an excessive amount of space—it’s very well thought out. I had recently stopped using my old dispenser because it developed a frustrating amount of hard water buildup that I couldn't scrub off and that kept reappearing for the spots I could scrub off. I had resorted to drinking tap water again and completely forgot how different filtered water truly tastes. This new dispenser has reminded me how much better and cleaner filtered water is. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for high capacity and excellent filtration.

Simply the best water filter I've ever purchased, ever! It filters all the water I need, with no problem. The design works perfectly in my kitchen. I had spent $50 something bucks for a Life Straw that wasn't airtight, and grew black mold under the top lid/cover. Additionally, wood ants would crawl under the cover/top and get into the water: it was awful. The Waterdrop Alkaline Waler Filter Dispenser resolved all that; now I have regular filtered water at my disposal, even when I'm cooking. Absolutely dependable and easy to use, a bargain in my book.

Great size, Makes horrid water taste better. The lever to dispense water is nice and stiff, does not leak inside fridge. you have to make sure not to hold too long, it comes out pretty quick when the tank is full. Only thing I’m not the biggest fan of is the fact once there is maybe 20-30oz or so left in the tank, the speed of dispensing is really slow. Expected, but annoying. Not the products fault per se. Overall I give this a 5 stars every time. The build quality is fantastic. I couldn’t live without one! Great for refilling my glass bottles and my Stanley.

I wish I could rate this five stars. I love the taste and the design. It fits perfectly in my fridge and the amount of water it holds is perfect for me so I don’t need to be refilling it constantly. However, the filter is very slow. I thought it was supposed to be faster. Since it’s so large it takes forever to refill. I typically do it before bed so I don’t actually need to wait for it but it’d be better if I didn’t have to do that. Other than that, it’s great. That isn’t enough for me to change to a different filter so I’m overall happy

I have had this pitcher for over a year- the indicator light wasn’t working so I contacted customer service from waterdrop - Harper troubleshooted and we found that there was a defect. The company immediately sent out a whole new pitcher and threw in some filter replacements :) Harper was so helpful and went above and beyond, I received my new pitcher within 48 hours of putting in my original help request. Try must’ve overnighted it. The pitcher itself has held up very well, the filter replacements are very affordable and I have a perfectly functioning pitcher now. Will never change brands, my water tastes great and they provided best customer service ever. Thanks Harper/ waterdrop !

Water filter dispenser seems to be very durable and made well. Fits nicely in refrigerator and holds approx 2 gallons of water. Top lid designed with a slide door making it very easy to add water to the reservoir tank. Filter seems to be of high quality and will last 2 months which I like, additionally, new filters are priced very reasonable at 3 for $32.00. The tank valve where your water comes out seems of good quality and I've noticed no leaking what so ever to date. So, for the price and quality of this unit I would recommend it.

I purchased this water filter back in October to replace our old (and smaller) Brita filter. Since then, my husband and I have been very, very happy with this purchase. - Great tasting water - Easy to clean - Great capacity - Sleek design - Not very heavy when fully filled - Works exactly as described - Looks exactly as pictured - Sensor is very useful We purchased this back in October 2025, and about 3 weeks after our purchase, our sensor stopped working probably because one of us walked away and accidentally overfilled the pitcher. I only reached out to them the first week of January 2026 (shout out to my amazing ADHD lmao) to request if it was possible to have a replacement sent. They responded to my request within an hour and then by the following day, had already prepared a replacement to be mailed. Within two days, I had a tracking number. In addition that, they also offered to send me two new filters as well. I truthfully didn’t expect anything since it was my fault for waiting so long, but am so incredibly blown away by how amazing and fast the customer service was. I cannot recommend this filter enough based on the product alone, but now with this customer service experience? I don’t think I’ll ever buy another brand again, and I’m usually someone who is not brand loyal.

Large capacity and efficient, inexpensive filters. A bit cumbersome to haul about for refills, but holds a good amount of water and keeps me hydrated. Water comes out very clean, filter does an excellent job pulling all the calcium from my rather hard water.

It does filter water well. However, it's becoming a chore to continuously fill the container and then put water in fridge. As well, it is so light in weight, even with a rubber mat under it, it slides around too easily when you use the spout. I am going to return and get a under sink filter to attach to my cold water line. One less step to follow to get water into fridge

I bought this over 4yrs ago and I love this system. It's the cleanest water I've ever had. Problem is, the tap spout no matter how much I clean it, doesn't fully get cleaned. (Cleaned Everytime the filter was replaced) So the longer it's in use, the dirtier it becomes. Well I tried looking on line for a replacement spout even a replacement rubber for the spout and I can't find nothing on the company's website. So now I'm forced to look for another system and one that probably doesn't have an amazing water filtration system as this. Why? Simply because this company doesn't care about it's customers after market needs. I'm not buying a new system to replace something that I could have bought a pack of and been happy doing so. Definitely not impressed.
