I’ve purchased these many, many times. I take them about 3 weeks before a trip and during the trip until gone. It’s helped me stay healthy, even when people I’ve traveled with have caught stuff. ! I use them when I have to fly and attend trade shows, lots of people. They have helped me stay healthy.Yes they smell and taste awful. And they are expensive. But they’ve worked so well for me. I’ll continue to buy when needed.

Great product that really works

This may be a wonderful supplement, but I could not stand the flavor and especially the aftertaste. If you are sensitive to flavors, be warned.

good value for the benefits it offer

I love all of the ingredients. There is a bit of a garlic smell when you take it. It’s pretty potent so it might make it difficult for some people if they don’t like that smell. Also, I learned it is not good to take echinacea for more than a couple of weeks at a time. I was taking this as a preventative but maybe it might be better to take it if you feel run down. I do think it’s a good product.
