Worth it.
Fast shipping from the seller.It does not come with the b-link but does include the mounting screw if you choose to use a goatlink.I used this set up as a 1x10 with an 11-40 cassette and goatlink. Works great. Extremely quite. Clutch system rocks. Huge upgrade.

Bargain buy for a perfect derailleur.
My old XT SGS wouldn't upshift consistently. This new one works perfectly. My bike is not set up for direct mount so I used the mounting link from my old derailleur. No issues and saved 20+ dollars!
