Enerphos 100 caps

I don't typically write reviews, but since the old formula of Seriphos is discontinued, it seems important to share perspectives of these different products to help everyone get their ducks in a row. I was very hesitant in trying Enerphos due to the reviews stating that it is not like Seriphos. I decided that it was worth the money to at least give it a try, and I am glad that I did. For me, this product works just as well, if not better, than Seriphos. I have been taking two Seriphos each evening before dinner to help with my nighttime insomnia (I typically wake up between 2:00 am - 4:00 am and have broken sleep). Seriphos was a life-saver for me in terms of sleeping through the night. For me, Enerphos has been on par with what I came to expect from Seriphos. I still take it in the evening before dinner, but could probably take it a little later (it seems to kick in earlier for me - by the time I reach my bed, I'm ready to crash). I've noticed that I am a little groggy in the morning, but I can deal with that if it allows me to sleep through the night. Overall, I would recommend that others not be persuaded by the negative feedback and that they try Enerphos for themselves.

I suffer from sleep disruption because of cortisol issues. I had been taking Seriphos which was working until they reformulated earlier this year. I took it for 3 nights and still suffered from sleep disruptions every night. If you have sleep interruptions related to adrenal fatigue and cortisol problems, this won't work for you. The key: it must contain phosphorylated serine. Not phosphatidyl serine, nor "phosphorus" as is listed on this product's bottle. Ugh, don't even bother with this supp.

I beleive this type of supplement works gradually and for me I cannot take it just before sleep as it won't be effective. It seems more effective for me if I take it around 5pm. I've only started so I'll take it a little longer but so far it seems similar to Seriphos.

I have been taking Enerphos and Seriphos for 4-5 years. I have taken many different supplements with very little success for this insomnia problem. These two are the only things that I have found to keep me asleep through the night (aside from cancer-causing sleeping pills). The directions call for 1-2 per day. I have taken as many as 18 at night and I am now regularly taking 8. I try to adjust my dosage to take just enough to keep me asleep through the night. I have gone through periods not long ago of taking none, and I do that until I start having problems again. Then, I start taking 2 and increase it (2 more each night) until I can sleep through the night regularly. I have not learned enough yet to be able to manage my adrenal fatigue ongoing. I am finding the adrenal reset diet seems to have more of an impact than any pills for resolving this problem long-term (I just haven't mastered it yet). I have never been a breakfast person, and I find it very difficult to force food down in the morning. I believe that is a big part of the cause of my problems. Anyway, my naturopath first recommended Seriphos and told me they are very safe so I can take as many as I need. When I reported to him how many I was taking, he told me to try Enerphos and that I should be able to get away with taking half as many. However, I do not notice any difference in the effectiveness of these two products.

I got this to help with sleep, but it really didn't make a big difference for me.

This product really upset my stomach--very painful. Their glowing comparison to Seriphos led me to believe that it was all the great things that Seriphos is and even better. It did not lower my cortisol levels by calming the racing thoughts and enabling me to sleep--did not do it! The horrible stomach upset created only more problems. Seriphos has never caused me any type of stomach discomfort. I ordered this because there wasn't a vendor offering Seriphos on Amazon on that day and thought I would give it a try. I now know that they are too quick in comparing their product to Seriphos, in my opinion---this product is not even a close second. This maybe another one of those companies that only sell on Amazon. However, without a dedicated separate website for their products it can be difficult to research the quality of the product and their claims.
