Excellent alternative to Worcestershire
I've returned to this after somehow believing that Worcestershire sauce is somehow "better"

A light and delicious alternative to Worcester Sauce
I've been using this relish for around 30 years since I first came across it when visiting friends in Cheshire. It's delicious on cheese on toast (aka grilled cheese), and anywhere you would use Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce. It's not as dark and heavy, nor as salty as Worcester sauce. It's every bit as good and in my opinion, it's preferable. Worth trying,

I'm used to having the L&P brand of Worcester Sauce and and this is very similar although it's unfortunately not quite as punchy and pungent. It is cheaper though and makes a good alternative (suitable for vegans too) for chips, stews, Bolognese etc.

Essential condiment
Glad I found this. Yes cheaper than L&P - slightly different proposition - it worked in my ragu so was happy. Will experiment more.

Ob Eintopf, Quiche, Gratin , etc., alles wird entweder bei der Zubereitung oder nach dem Servieren britisch verfeinert.

Amazing on pies and cheese on toast. I lived in. Sheffield for 14 years and it now costs me a fortune shippping batches to Australia as my wife and family are all hooked. Goes into lots of others dishes too and always great in a stew, slow cooker or pasta sauce. Not as sharp as Worcester Sauce and can’t recommend it enough
