I guess it works
Works well when I stay on track. Hate the taste and that it seems the powder gets on the outside of the pill as well. I have PCOS so I really dont know how effective it works till I see weight loss or blood draws.

Best berberine I have triedI have tried a couple of brands but this one is the best! It's a little more expensive than the others, but it's worth it. It helps me with the digestive process and keeps my colon free of inflammation. It also reduces my food cravings. Love it

Serving is 3 capsules not 1 like picture shows
I think it's an alright product. Hard to say specifically since I'm on a few other things to help manage bs and pcos.But caution- the product image shows 1 capsule and a 90 serving bottle and that's not what the bottle says.

Bad batch of Berberine pills
I use several products from wholesome story and love them, so I decided to try out their berberine. It looks like one of the pills in this bottle popped or leaked so there's berberine powder all over the inside of the bottle. If I handle some of the pills in my hand, they get covered with the powder. I've taken some, and you can definitely taste the berberine. There's a reason the powder is in a capsule (the powder is very bitter)

Horrible GI upset
Guess I was part of the unlucky 20% or so that experiences these types of side effects. Didn’t have an issue with any broken/open pills like some others did but I experienced bloating, gas, and loose yellow stool starting on day one. Took a break for several days and it went away. Restarted the supplement… restarted the symptoms. Took the product for another week hoping that the side effects would ease up. Nope! Definitely did not ease up. No refund options either 🤷🏼♀️Update: I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars bc even though this product did not work for me, the company contacted me pretty darned quickly and offered me a full refund. That, in and of itself, gains my respect and makes me feel like the company deserves 5 stars. The product did not work for me but I did not see anything wrong with it and that does not mean that it won’t for someone else.
