Good Flavor & Different than any other I’ve tried, but spicy !
Very Tasty …. But spicy … I like a little spice, but not so much it overpowers the other flavors. This is really yummy mustard that goes well with my ham & double cheese melty sandwich. BUT. I still feel the heat 20-30 minutes after I eat it. It’s a bit like accidentally getting the “Hot” salsa when you really wanted “Medium” (or “Medium” if you really wanted “Mild”) Flavor is still very good … and you wouldn’t throw the whole jar out, but would maybe dilute it a bit …? I think I’m going to try just putting it on 1/2 of the sandwich & the other half my less powerful/milder flavor. I was curious about this since Cuban food can be quite spicy sometimes, but couldn’t find any reviews except “good flavor” type ones. And I generally like Cuban flavors …
