Excellent recipes w/ the ability to include protein or not. Versatile, easily gotten ingredients, easy to follow recipes -- really, a blessing for me and my husband (we have various serious health issues between us and this little book has given us hope and a consistently healthier diet). As a Boomer, I would like to see a couple of things improved. So, Paula Corey, if you happen to read this, please consider: The font size is small. You could bump it up to 10 pt., making it easily readable for all. The reproduction quality is quite light. Again, bump that up, too. True black? Way to go! I noticed the image on the cover was upside-down. And the recipe that included smoked paprika on p. 16 did not list same in the ingredients. There is no publishing info, so I presume this is self-published. Also, no way to contact the author! I've tried a few recipes, including zoodles with the sardine sauce!!! YES! It is simply diabolical! I've been feeding poor hubby sardine sandwiches, but now he gets a more sophisticated and lower carb way to consume these healthy little fishes! I highly recommend this little gem! It'll get you started spiralizing if you don't already, and will give so many ideas that your meal plans will be full with fresh, new, seasonal ideas for months and months. You can't beat the price. Thanks to author Corey for keeping them affordable.

I'm a foodie and there are combinations in this book I wouldn't have thought of. Easy to read and follow, I'm using it a couple times a week and feel great while eating healthy! Thanks so much, Paula Corey!
