Usually products come up with issues post warranty so extending warranty is really a great idea to be peaceful.. Quess is really very supportive and timely response. I suggest to go with it without a second thought

THIS IS A SCAM - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
The product is advertised with amazon as the only point of contact. The instructions given in the delivery email to make a claim does not work. I called amazon multiple times. Each time I was transferred from department to department and received no resolution after wasting hours on phone. They said they will call back in 3 days but no call in each case. When I called Quess directly they are not picking my call even after waiting for 1.5 hours. Additionally no response to the email as well. This product is a scam. Not only will your money be wasted you will receive no service. My AC is broken for more than a month. And In addition to money loss I have wasted 4-5 hours trying to call amazon and Quess.

Giving 4 star now because i am not satisfied now that in future how is their services. Although now it's great experience to buy this plan so easily and conveniently. Later, i will update my review according to their services
