Quess 2 Year Extended Warranty for TV Between Rs 30001 to Rs 40000 (E-Mail Delivery)

This product i bought with My Redmi 50 inch tv, i complaint several Times about the screen issue but no one is there to answer.it is a kind of digital cheating. Pls don't believe on this kind of insurance. It is worthless as when you will need , they are hardly responding else your paid premium is easy cheat money.

Picture clarity and sound quality are good to my expectations, for a price of Rs. 35240 without extended warranty. Can easily locate different channels, either by remote which is compact, or by voice. It takes more than 12- 15 seconds to get the TV on, not as claimed by the company. Other aspects like trouble free service etc., only time will tell, now it is too early to comment. Thanks.

Can not review exactly because 1st year warranty is yet not expired.... So can not say about 2 years extension till I experience the customer service for any repair under this warranty......Thus warranty product is in written format on mail not handed or sent to customer in any paper document.

Quests not at all responding to written mails. They have all the excuses to avoid our claims. I have contacted them to register my claim for VU TV, which developed lines on screen during extended warranty, but simply wisely they denied for help.Very very pathetic for settlement.. simply to loot your money
