The Tee Handlebars put you in a tight aggressive riding position.  A slight 2" pullback slightly relaxes the wrists for a more comfortable grip.  They come 30" wide, but quick use of a hacksaw can narrow them up to approximately 20" for those who like to keep it skinny.
