I really like this hair products! It’s a great alternative to non-vegan hair products. It’s great at moisturizing, the smell is fresh, it’s a great size for your money, the product is color clear and it leaves your hair feeling silky smooth!

The product(shampoo) is open and spilled into the shipping box. I requested either a replacement or a refund to my original method of payment. I was told to return the product. It’s messy. I’d rather I didn’t have to handle it anymore

Used this at a relative's home while overnighting. We have completely different hair: Hers thick, dark, rich; mine super thin, blondish gray. I've never had a shampoo quite like this, that takes out the excess oil in my hair but leaves it healthy and smooth. Highly recommend.

I’ve used this Difeel shampoo for the second week in a row and I noticed some left over powder residue on my scalp (I don’t know why I switched from my previous shampoo which actually has more natural ingredients and I never had an issue with it smh - I just wanted some more volume in my hair). I also want to point out that I had abnormal amount of hair falling out so that’s a clear sign the shampoo is not safe. Either way I am done believing in fake reviews. So as an Amazon buyer who resides in New York I gave this so-called keratin shampoo a fail.
