Like new again
Our on demand hot water tank wasn't hot anymore, did some research and found this product kit, the granules took some time to dissolve but other than that it was easy, good instructions. Our hot water tank works like new again.

Awesome pump!
I have a tankless water heater and haven’t had a water softener for over a year. IYKYK!!! Scale would build up very fast in my water heater and clog up my faucets!! I have used this pump with two gallons of straight white vinegar. After letting it run for about 30 minutes all the scale inside the water heater is gone and I’m normally good for another 6 weeks. I highly recommend this pump. It comes with the hoses needed and full instructions how to use it. (Don’t pour the used vinegar in the grass it’ll kill it. 🤦♂️).

So So Easy to Use!
So easy to use; just remember to run your faucets afterwards for a few seconds to purge the air out of the plumbing system. Very satisfied!

Savings in a bucket!
Glad I invested in this. It costs about $250 from the local plumber to come flush my water heater so the price point of this kit is WELL worth the investment. I've used it once so far. The hoses are thick and sturdy and the pump seems strong. I definitely recommend this kit.

Good kit
The submersible pump that came in my kit was defective and did not work. I reported this to Amazon and quickly received a replacement. The new pump worked well and I used it to descale my Rheem on-demand water heater. It is easy to use and the parts of the kit, including hoses and solution are nice. The instructions were good and easy to follow. Recommended.

Works Great for Rinnai Tankless, Using Distilled Cleaning Vinegar
This Chromex kit worked perfectly. I used distilled food grade cleaning vinegar, 6% acidity, which I found at Wal-Mart (this accords with Rinnai’s instructions on their website to use virgin food grade distilled cleaning vinegar). I also reviewed the YouTube video “Rinnai Flush Routine,” and following that, it all went smoothly.
