LEFT SPEAKER BREAKS AFTER A FEW MONTHS
I was happy with them at first, great sound for the price. Then a few months later, the left speaker starts to cut in and out. When I went to find if other people had this problem, it turns out they did. It's almost insidious too, as apparently, it happens to people just after the window for a refund/replacement expires. Logitech usually has good products, but I can't recommend this headset to anyone who wants something that'll last longer than a few months.

Whelp... I'm an idiot
First off, I need to apologize to Logitech. It was user error. The mic flips up and blends so perfectly with the headset, I didn't see it. I am... without a doubt... an idiot. We'll see how it works, and I'll alter my review accordingly!

A fundamentally flawed headset.
I hardly ever write reviews but I feel compelled to protect other people from this absolute abomination. In fairness, I'll start with the good. Out of the box it works great. It it fairly comfortable, good sound and surround capabilities, though mic quality is lacking. The wireless range isn't terrible but walls are an issue. Can manage maybe 20-30 feet with no obstructions. Battery life isn't spectacular, but it only advertises 12 hours so it wasn't a disappointing surprise. Out of the management software I've used (Synapse, iCUE, G HUB), G HUB is by far the best and that was a major factor in my decision to buy this headset. The bad: Eventually, one of your earphones will fail. It may start slowly getting quieter until it's barely working. Restarting or giving it a solid tap might fix it. It will devolve to the point that on startup, one of the earphones won't work at all, and it might be a different one every time. Sometimes they do work but the sound is tinny and muted. Sometimes they both don't come on at all. Restarting 3+ times to get it to work is normal at this point. Then you might experience issues with the mic. It might get stuck on mute and require a restart, or just completely fail like mine did before replacing it. Also the switch is physical, but doesn't directly control the power, so when you restart you have to wait for it to do its whole power down/up song and dance.I know two other people with this headset and all 3 of us have had the same issues. Google the issues and see for yourself.

Didn’t last 6 months
Within 6 months I powered on my headset to my left ear not working at all. Had no clue what was wrong. Tried many things and found no help online. The only fix seems to be giving the left ear a slap a few times and messing with the sound buttons on side. Honestly a joke for the amount of money they ask for this headset. Do not recommend. It is inevitable to happen, have read 90% of purchasers have experienced this.

Headset sound inconsistent.
These were great when I first bought them but as the months have gone on they have started to slowly get unusable. The sound will randomly go out on one or both sides or it will fade out like I'm listening through a door. Turning them off and on or moving the headphones will fix it on occasion but usually only for a little bit.

After a month or so the speakers go out
My first logitech product and I'm very disappointed. I now have to play with the power switch to get them to play sound out of both speakers. The mute function also permanently mutes about half the time and the headset needs to be restarted to fix it.

do not buy
Within 6 month you will start to have shorter battery life and you will lose sound in your left ear completely, i have had 2 of these and both of them have had a blown speaker, power switch issues or battery issues. They refused a refund both times
