Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose this set because of the trusted brand name. I tempered my expectations because the price was so good... I was pleasantly surprised when the set arrived! It was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. The pieces are substantial in weight and quality and are just beautiful! I also love that it is 8 place settings- added bonus! The white color is more of a warm white which is just beautiful!

I was hesitant to buy this set of dinnerware online without being able to see and feel it but after reading the reviews I decided to purchase it and I’m very pleased. So I decided to leave a review. I liked my last set of Pfaltzgaff but I felt it was too heavy. This set is not thin by any means it has some weight to it and seems like it will hold up well. I was also concerned about breakage but this set was packaged unbelievably well I was looking for a nice set of every day dishes these are a nice classic design and look great in white. The dinner plates are not quite as large as my last set but are definitely adequate. The bowls are a nice size and I like the mugs. I expect this set to hold up well my last set did. I had one slightly problem one of the dinner plates was slightly warped I emailed Pfaltzgaff and they responded to my email the next day saying they were sending a replacement great customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to order this set of dinnerware.

I searched for a very long time, trying to find some new dishes. I wanted something stylish classic looking and sturdy, but not too heavy like some stoneware. Also for some that were a reasonable price. They did not disappoint. They’re very lovely and not too heavy clean easily. Perfect for every day use.

I wish the dinner plates were a little bigger. They look nice and of good quality.

I got the complete set just a few days ago. Very happy with it. The color of white was nicer and warmer than expected which made me love it more. Nothing was damaged. Amazon put bubble wrap around the box from Pfaltzgraff and then in another cardboard box for extra protection. It is a unique pattern I haven’t seen anything else like it. All of the products are a good size. The mug holds 12 oz. One of the reasons I bought this set was that Pfaltzgraff makes the additional pieces which I was able to purchase . Serving bowl, platter and pasta bowls. Available through Pfaltzgraff.com. This is my second purchase of a Pfaltzgraff set. Pfaltzgraff is such an easily accessible company and their customer service is exceptional. I am sharing picture of my older JCPenney dinner plate that is almost like an artic white with the Sylvia salad plate just so one can really appreciate the warmer white color.

One bowl is chipped when I unpacked it. I just moved into my apartment and unpacked. As of now. Other items seem ok. Just one cereal bowl so far. I cannot be used. Please replace. I do love the set of disges

Simple and elegant looking. Comes clean in dishwasher and so far no chipping or quality issues. Great value for price.

This product is great quality. I am sad I can't buy just dinner plates to add to the collection. Super happy otherwise

Esta preciosa la vajilla!!! Me encanta, de excelente calidad. Algo importante, viene muy bien empacada, con proteccion, tenia miedo que alguna pieza resultara dañada, pero nada, todo en perfecto estado... en verdad, se esmeran en el envio de su producto..... muy recomendable.

2 large plates had black spots on them and 1 cup had bits of broken porcelain fused in the bottom I contacted company and they are sending replacements but they said they typically don’t replace for black spots which are common I’m happy they are replacing but I was going to order more sets not sure if I will now I would be so disappointed if they wouldn’t replace The black spots stand out and really take away from the presentation
