I believe this may be effective.
Now having used this product for a longer time, I feel more comfortable adding extra stars.

Love the convenience
Love the convenience! I have a hard time absorbing nutrients from a big, horrible pill. This method works for me, and I am so thankful for your quick absorption methods! Total LIFE SAVER! Great taste, even my husband takes it without me begging him, he loves it!
