Bought this product in its early iteration in 2021 and I can confirm it is still holding just as strong as the first day. Mounted on the vent I have noted a few times across the years of the ball in socket loosening but easily can be tightened to stop dipping of the phone itself. Very easy to install and really strong magnetic mount even in rough terrain. The 7.5w charger does the job - have noted ESR now offers a 15w version as well as a cooling version and would highly recommend this if fast charging is a priority - will definitely upgrade once the original decides to stop working!

Bought as a gift for my partner to stop looking down at the sat nav and working well.It’s attached to the vent and has been pretty sturdy. The phone attaches easily with a magnet phone case and had no issues with that. Charges the phone up no issues too.

Works, magnet is strong so phone held well, charges slowly as expected with 15w Qi.Vibrates a little probably because it stands quite high from the dash/vent, but will not impair viewing of a map.

10/10 would definitely recommend had no issues so far been on my car now for around 2 months give or take and had 0 issues magnet is strong and holds my phone perfect even in its case although you will need either a metal case or a magnet to stick on it

Good quality. We bought two of these and they work really well. Sticky pads are also good quality.

The media could not be loaded. I've been a huge fan of my ESR Halolock case for protecting my iPhone as well as giving it a reliable MagSafe mount. So when I saw that ESR had released a Qi2 charger, it was an easy decision to get one. Mechanically, it seems well designed, with the mount moulded from a strong matte black plastic without sharp edges and with enough flex in the plastic to feel like it's gripping securely. The vent clip has a strong embedded metal spring, which holds solidly without feeling like it's going to scratch, and there's a brace, which latches into a range of positions, as shown in my photo. The whole mount can rotate to fit horizontal, vertical or angled vents, and connects to the charging pad with a ball joint tightened with a thumbwheel. The MagSafe mount latches to the phone with a satisfying click as you can see in my video :) It then holds the phone solidly without undue vibration, and it's easy to just pull the phone away when you need to.Charging performance seems fine, just like MagSafe at home. You get a double-ended USB-C cable, so depending on your car, you may need a USB-C adapter, or your own USB-A to C cable to actually provide the juice. As the instructions note, your USB power source should meet the PD or QC fast changing standards to get the full performance. I did test it with a USB A-C cable on an old 3.1A adapter and it did still charge with that.Overall, pretty easy to fit and just use without worries. Perfect if you're already in the MagSafe ecosystem (and if not, why not!)

UPDATE: The seller eventually got in touch and offered a replacement item which was sent quickly. It's best to contact them directly via their website for any warranty or support queries.Positive is that they sent a replacement or offered a refund without hesitation. I've opted for a replacement and willing to give it another try. The charger itself is great which works and has a very strong magnet that holds firmly onto the phone. The issue is with the ball joint that connect to the client clips. See below.....This has a common fault (reported by other users also) cheaply made thin plastic components mean that the backing area of the magnetic mount snaps. This renders the item pointless as it can no longer attach or be held to the car vents. So you can no longer see or view the phone as it is left laying down.This happens over time. Just over a month for mine to snap, under casual use with it being left attached and not moved.
