The trace minerals were delivered on time in an attractive bottle. They're easy to take - simply by lightly squeezing 10-16 drops into a morning beverage. The first day I tried the trace minerals in a small glass of water and found the taste was quite bitter. The following I had my droplets of the minerals in my morning cup of ginger and cider vinegar tea, and the taste was indistinguishable from the taste of ginger and cider vinegar. I've been taking them for about 3 months now and can feel the benefits. My immune system seems strong - no colds or flu throughout the cold weather.

Perfect addition to the water bottle. I use it everyday for about 2 years and will continue as long is possible. As humans we need trace minerals in our bodies and putting about 20 drops is the water does the trick making sure one has adequate dose everyday. I also add a little bit to my dog's bowl to make sure she is getting enough minerals everyday. There is a distinct taste in the liquid but when added to the water it quickly dissipates.

I take it daily and keeps me hydrated especially after a long walk. I highly recommend this product. I suffer from leg cramps and since I started taking Trace Minerals, like magic the cramps disappear. It took like 2 weeks before I noticed the tremendous difference, have patience.
