Difficult to get cream out of metal tube.
A very nice product. It is difficult to get the cream out of the metal tube. I wish it was plastic.

Good dye, bad containers
The hair dye itself seems well formulated, covers well and is fairly gentle. My gripe with this product was the packaging and applicator. I found it very hard to get the color creme out of the tube, relative to the many other products I have used. Once the products are thoroughly shaken in the bottle, it is very difficult to squeeze the product out of the bottle. I found it a little frustrating to apply as it was hard to control the amount that was, or rather frequently, was not coming out of the bottle when squeezed. This product would be great if they improved the containers of the coloring products.

Very disappointed.
I picked this shade cuz on the box it looks a medium brown. Well my hair turned black. I am very upset. If i wanted black, then i would have purchased black. Very disappointed.

Rich color
I have dark hair it's very gentle and covers well. I like that it doesn't have those harmful ingredients. .
