Quadlock had a holiday sale so I purchased two of ...
Quadlock had a holiday sale so I purchased two of these and my coworker purchased one for himself. None of the three work. They are not able to be connected to any device or app. I contacted Quadlock but they outsource their customer service and the person just replied with the online instructions on how to set up the product which I explained wasnt working in my original email. Very frustrating.

Never worked out of the box
Tried 7 different apps, along with QL recommended apps. 2 batteries, 3 different iPhones. Never could get it to work.

Stops working after a month of use
At first, I was in love with product. But after a month, my phone stopped connecting to the heart rate monitor. I wasn't sure if it was poor connection or a dead battery but I've tried to fix it every way imaginable. Now none of my cycling apps recognize the heart rate monitor so I can't use it at all. It just sits in my closet and collects dust. I'm extremely disappointed in the product since my other Quad Lock items have worked so well.
