Fits my original clean blend. Works great!
I broke the jar to my clean blend and bought this one since it was slightly cheaper. It actually blends stuff better than my last jar. The blades are different. Fits great. Happy so far.

...Maybe waste your time with it
*** Update ***I reached out to the clean blend team about it, the pitcher has a 5 year warranty and they shipped me out a new one. I'll take this one for a spin and see how it compares to the previous unit. It does have a new blade design, missing the longer flared blades on my rusted one, but the material seems no differentFurther update, couple months later. When cleaning I now have a final step of blending it after rinsing the soap water out to get whatever might be in the blades out. I don't like having the extra step, but I don't like rusty smoothies moreProduct started to show signs of rust after two, maybe three uses. I cleaned it by hand after every use, no dishwasher was involved.Product also does not fit the base as well as the tall mount, so you have to hold it down.Pretty disappointed in it overall.

I don't want it to be a painful relationship. And I'm glad I chose Cleanblend
I needed a blender, and I spent my time searching and researching. The decision to go with Cleanblend was based on three things: it had the specs I needed, I saw a video on youtube where a lady made almond butter with it, and the reviews I read were not only praising the blender, but the customer service as well.I admit, the customer service part was what tipped this blender in my favour. If I'm going to invest, I don't want it to be a painful relationship. And I'm glad I chose Cleanblend. The first 32 ounce jar I ordered to go with my blender developed a loose nut. Every time I used it, I would have to tighten it, and it was always loose again at the end. Even my hunky man with his socket wrench tightened it and it loosened after a few more uses.So I got in touch with Cleanblend. They sent a replacement as soon as one was available (I'm in Canada, so had to wait for the warehouse up here to get stock), and it was in my hands in less than three weeks.I've read some reviews stating that the blender jars are a little flimsy, but with all three of them that I've had - the 64 oz it came with and the two 32 oz ones - I feel pretty confident I could knock someone out with them. They're more solid than other blender jars I've handled.I'm grateful for the wonderful service and the beastly blender, and I totally recommend it to all my friends and clients.

Smaller for less clean up.
Extra Container works great for smaller batches, came with lid, cap, and tamper. Lid and cao are the same as the larger Blend Tech's, tamper is shorter, because container is shorter.

Works flawlessly
I needed a smaller container for blending smoothies for a single serving. I typically blend frozen strawberries and other frozen produce with fresh produce, this powered through the mix without issue.

Version 2.0 is not worth the wait
I am sad that I am going to be returning this product. When I originally purchased the Cleanblend blender in June of 2017, one of the main reasons I did was because a 32oz container was an option. However, shortly after I bought the blender, the 32oz containers were temporarily unavailable through Amazon and Cleanblend's own website. So checking Amazon and Cleanblend sites faithfully, 5 months later, I was excited I was finally able to order a container. As it turns out, Cleanblend was redesigning the container. Most, if not all, of the reviews currently on this page are for the old 32oz container. My review will be for the new one that is currently available- version 2.0.The new container first off, is round. It appears one picture has been updated here on Amazon to reflect this, but the second picture looks like it may still be from the old model. Second, it is advertised as 32oz but the fill line is 40oz and the actual container will hold even more than that.We bought the smaller container because we make smoothies almost every morning. Logically, we liked the idea that it is a smaller container that can easily stay on the counter underneath the cabinet. At 32oz we figured it would be the ideal size to make a smoothie or two. The original container was more than capable of making any smoothie we could throw at it, so we figured the smaller container would be as good or better since it is in a smaller area. It only took making a couple smoothies in this container to see how wrong that was. Here are the problems with this container- while shorter, is round and wide. Where the original container is square-ish and not as wide. This creates a few issues:1. Because the container is round- it doesn't create a vortex as easily- they tried to throw in some baffles inside to help, but this is just not as good a design as the original container.2. It is much wider at the bottom- 5 inches round on the small container vs 4 inches square on the original. What does that mean? You need more liquid to start. I measured the amount of liquid to cover the blades on both containers- 1 cup covers the blades on the original container, where it takes 1.5 cups to cover the blades on the new small container. This means to make a morning smoothie you'd have to use 3.5 cups more liquid per week. For us that means 7 cups more liquid a week- which is 56 ounces- so that is almost half a gallon of extra liquid (we use almond or coconut milk) per week. Conservatively that is an extra $150 a year in liquid cost for us to use this container.3. The blade distance from the side of the container is different. Though it's a bit hard to measure from inside the container- it is quite obvious the blades on the small container are further from the sides of the container. While this may make clean up a bit easier, it does not help blending. My measurements show the blades on the original container are less than 1/2 inch (closer to 1/4 inch) from the side of the container. On the smaller container they are about 3/4 of an inch. This means it's easier for food to get stuck on the side of the container- even more so if you don't use enough liquid.4. Tapering. In order to create the vortex needed for a good smoothie a tapered container is important. On the original container you can clearly see a difference in size from the top to the bottom. The top on the original measures 5 1/4 inches and the bottom is about 4 (maybe less- hard to measure assembled). On the small container besides being round, the taper is hardly noticeable when looking at it. It does taper some- it is 6 inches at the top and about 5 inches at the bottom. But you are not really using the space at the top of the container anyway, and the degree of taper in the section of the blender you actually use appears to be much less (virtually non existent) on the small container. This means whatever you're blending gets thrown to the sides of the container but has a harder time making it's way back down to the blades. So, what does all of the above translate to in a nutshell? You have to use more liquid to make a smoothie- so your smoothie will be more liquid and less smoothie. You will also have to blend it longer- significantly longer. I put frozen strawberries in my smoothie- because of the container design flaws I mentioned above, it bangs the frozen strawberries around for a significant amount of time. This would be true if you put ice or any other frozen fruit in, or anything fibrous. And when I thought it was done and poured it out- there were still almost whole strawberries. I had to put it back in and blend it more twice. Total time for a smoothie was probably over 3 minutes- where it would be 1 minute or less with the regular container for a simple smoothie of almond milk, banana, protein powder and frozen strawberries. And of course the longer blend time means it gets warmer and again is more liquid than smoothie.Maybe version 3.0 will be better, but I would not recommend the current version of this container. I really wanted to like it, we waited so long.

the tall container is way better
like another review said this does not blend well, I purchased it to make smaller batches and unless you put a lot of ingredients in it it wont blend well, the tall container I can put less ingredients in and it blends well and faster, this small container throws everything up into the lid and makes a great mess and takes way longer to blend where as the tall one mixes everything well ,low in the container and is fast and easy to clean, why they didnt just copy that design and shorten the container body nobody knows not even those who made it, do these guys test these things? do the even work in a kitchen? DUH really a wast of my time and money, cmon guys get it together, again, DUH

Leaks
Great blender. However the 32 oz replacement container purchased in Feb 2018 began leaking after 3 months. I am purchasing another because the blender itself is great. The original 64 oz container lasted a little longer.
