Product performs as advertised and is one of the best options that are generally available. .
This brand of electronic connectors is one of the two high quality options that are generally available. Although a bit more expensive than the significantly cheaper brands, they are worth their price. They work as advertised and rarely fail even over an extended length of time.

Good for Macbooks
These worked really well. I got a Macbook Pro from my work and it only had USB C and my G-Pro and Nuphy Keyboard came with USB-A adapters. This really worked well for what I needed. The design is great, it does stick out fairly far which isn't my favorite but that's alright. it does also allow for charging at a good speed which is amazing, and doesn't take up too much space if I need to take it with me anywhere. The USB port holds the wireless adapters to my peripherals well without any wiggle. I would 100% get this if you need usb-c -> usb-a or just get a usb-c hub if you need more than that.

I have learned to buy Anker over any other brand whenever I can! These are exactly what I need!
I'm finding that while my newer computing gear exclusively has USB-C for charging and data, newly purchased "established products" like headphones and other accessories may still have USB-A terminations for data and/or power -- which in turn requires me to carry twice as many cables / wall plugs. I was and am VERY HAPPY AGAIN FOR ANKER PRODUCTS! These small adapters are exactly what I needed to be able to use the "plug in to talk with your accessory" small USB-A "dongle" (for lack of a better / less 1990s techie term) into computers which only have USB-C ports. Funny thing is that the accessory itself has USB-C for charging, so this was only needed to initialize the accessory for its first use and for its "smart connection" integrations into software triggers and such. The small form factor is PERFECT as I can stow the "dongle" with the adapter in the sized-to-perfectly-fit accessory case cable storage, so it's there if I need it in the future.TOP FIVE REASONS I FILTER FOR BRAND = ANKER[1] COLOR OPTIONS of braided nylon on Anker cables -- the variety of color options allow me to color-code my cables by termination -- e.g., lighting white or light grey, micro USB dark grey, USB-C red, others / one-offs black -- so at a glance I can make sure I have all that I need for the gear I've packed for day / project[2] DURABILITY AND LENGHT OF SERVICE in extreme temperature variation of Anker cables -- I have several Anker cables fished through my care for regularly- and occasionally-used items like my cell phone (always) and accessories like my Kindle (on roadtrips), my Switch Light (roadtrips and/or friends needing USB-C for their phone), etc. Where I live and tend to travel throughout the year, these cables can spend days / weeks / months in very high temps (over 100*F) or very low temps (at / below freezing). In cold weather, the cables are always flexible and easy to attach to devices. In hot weather, I do not see any performance degradation, overly-flexible terminations, etc. In short, these always work.[3] VARIETY OF LENGTHS available for braided nylon cables -- I can stick to my color-coding (see above) without having too much cable to wrap / secure -- meaning I can find a cable right-sized for the context in which I am going to install it "semi-permanently" and/or use it regularly.[4] VARIETY OF ADAPTERS / PASSTHROUGHS available to suit my specific needs -- this review is for an adapter (changing from one form of USB terminal to another) which allows me to avoid a cable-based adapter, which would add unwelcome bulk. When I've needed a passthrough / extension of a specific cable type (e.g., printer or high-speed data store) where the product's cable is just a bit too short, a new cable more expensive than an extension, and the usage allows for any loss introduced by the extender, Anker has the passthrough and (as mentioned above) the length I need[5] CABLES INCLUDE VELCRO WRAP -- While this is a small detail, it is a very VERY helpful one particularly for cables which are frequently stowed and deployed for use -- allows for tie-up of excess when being deployed and quick coiling and wrap for storage / travel. Also handy when using multiple cables from / to same terminals, as can use along the length of the cables to "bundle" and manage as a set.

Caution for Case Users
Functional, but way too big to function with a phone that has a case. My case isn't bulky, and regular cables fit fine, but this doesn't unless I take off the case.

Most useful adapters ever!
Small, unobtrusive, and do the job!! There is even a little LED when they are in operation. I got 4 of these. I'm so sick of manufacturers with 12 million different input connectors and cable configurations and these adapters help ease the pain of USB-A to USB-C

Small, quick, Anker... what more do you need to know.
It's Anker! What can I say, anything from Anker is going to be solid and work well. I carry adaptors for every device I own and this is just one of many that I use. It's small, light and data transfers are fast.
