their customer service is amazing! i did have one remote with connectivity issues but i messaged the seller and they immediately shipped a new set to me. they were so kind and helpful and the remotes came super quick. there’s no lag when using the remote and it feels very comfortable with the case on.

It's fine. Not as good as original.
Update: Do not buy. Broke after a week. Complete garbage. Even while being off it used a whole set of batteries It works. Got some bugs, and definitely not as good as the original. Cheap lights cheap rumble, connection is ok. It does work well enough for the family to use and the motion plus and nunchucks are a bonus.

Pretty nice remotes
They work very well, except for when you are using the nunchuck. For some reason the remote disconnects (sometimes) when you are using the nunchucks. They basically freeze up and I have to pop a battery out and back in to reset them. Most games don’t need them though so when using just the remotes they work great.

Nice having an extra set of controllers
We weren't sure if our issue was our controllers or are charger so we bought these along with a charger. It's nice having an extra set. Our originals don't hold a charge as long as these.

I received my Wii Controllers today, and have a mixed reaction to what I got. The came well packaged and look great, containing all of the items included in the package (controller, NC, sleeve). I put new batteries in both controller and paired them up with the Wii. Controller 1 = Perfect. Responsive, stable, and works great. Controller 2 = Unusable - sensor appears to be bad, cursor jumps around so much it can't possible be used to play a game or even navigate the menus in an tolerably way. I contacted the seller via email, and hope to hear back soon so that we can get a replacement controller for the faulty one, otherwise I will need to send it all back for a refund and find another seller.
