Don't bother buying!
When I first received this, I set it up and used it no problem. About 2 months or so later, today, I cannot use it and Quickbooks support says the license number is not valid and now I have to buy a new one. It was so easy to get screwed by this seller!!

Seller very responsive to questions
My new accountant needs a more up to date QB in order to see my entries. I am semi retired and don't want to spend the money getting monthly subscription. I am only using it for my own investments. But the kind of work I need can't be replaced easily by another accounting sw. I researched quite a bit regarding these older version of QB, had quite a few questions (mainly all these subscriptions QB requires you once purchased as well as legitimacy of these products as I found so many scams on this). Seller has been very helpful replying these questions. QB community is helpful as well. But QB support people have not been very helpful. They always try to sell the online version. It has been about 5 months that I have used this version and so far so good. If anyone wants one of these older version, it's safe to use. You don't have to pay for monthly subscriptions to Intuit.

It's a SCAM!
Absolute rip off. Got an empty CD case with a slip of paper containing a license number and piece of paper with some download instructions. NO PRODUCT CODE and no way to get one. Unfortunately I left it laying on my desk past the return time. DO NOT ORDER THIS! It is a scam!

Digital copy of 2021 with 3-user license
Product is the license code sent to your email along with download-link directly from Intuit's website. Seller did not have the 2020 5-user license as advertised but offered the 2021 in a 4-user license and 3-user license option with price adjusted as per number of users. I installed on 5 PC and it works as it should with Intuit's notifications that their maintenance/support service for 2021 version expired May 31, 2024 and now only their Online subscription version is supported and recommended. However, I don't use the features they disable like payroll and so forth, so the software works for my purposes.

Poor Service
Received the software in the mail. Installed QB and tried to register it. This is where I had problems. I entered the numbers provided and they did not work. Called QB and was told they were invalid and contact the reseller. They never responded to my emails.

Misleading!
When I read the description of the product it’s a CD is included, after I purchased it I get an email saying that a CD can be mailed to me to copy, I got a refund (thanks to Amazon). Would not recommend this product.

NOT 5 USER
It Does Work but only 1 USER License
