Quality of It
It's great and good blending better than derwent blender pencil it's better to be used with prismacolor color pencils but unfortunately it was made of wax as Colors but still good blending work done

The best blending pencils out there. Love the effect after laying down color with Prismacolor premium pencils. These blenders do a fantastic job leaving the project looking shiny and professional.

なぎなた削りをして毛を一本一本描き足すために購入しました。 硬いのに柔らかい、黒いのに黒くない、 練習すればアイブロウパウダーで塗りつぶすより自然で流れのある眉になります。 ハードで有名なペンシルも試しましたが断然こちらが描きやすいと感じました。 半分に折ると鏡に近づけるので描きやすいです。

They work well not only with Prismacolor pencils but also with Derwent Drawing colored pencils and probably with any wax based colored pencils

It's not better than Uni Mitsubishi pencil, but this is Quite good enough. And it's not Jet black what company claims for it.
