So don't be mislead by the actual item description title on the page. This is not a 30 day quick cleanse product. The labeling on the package actually warns you not to take this product for more than 7 days straight. It's more of a digestive aid/mild laxative than a colon cleanser. The reason though that I'm giving it 5 stars is because you can really tell that it works. And it's not chock full of drugs and artificial crap, I can read and understand everything in the ingredient list (though there are some preservatives) and it's a much more holistic approach than most alternatives. Now you might ask why I would give it 5 stars when I bought it under the express purpose of a 30 day colon cleanse and that's clearly not what it's for? That's a good question that I struggled with. Ultimately I decided that it's just poor advertising in the page title - they wanted hits on the Amazon sales page. But the product itself has been very effective with me.I don't typically have a problem with the frequency of certain habits. Yes I'm talking about constipation. But I found that while using this (taking two pills a day for a couple of days) I could feel the difference. There's not much of a weight loss component to it with an appetite suppressant (again poor sales tactic) but it does seem to be a very effective cleanser/detox. I was surprised just how effective the first week I tried it with let's just say more movement than normal both in frequency and amount.So I'm not really comfortable going into more detail about this in a public review. But I give it a 5 for it's performance. I imagine if you suffer from constipation or regularity this product would be great under those circumstances. I don't suffer from them and I found it incredibly effective. I love that it has mostly all natural ingredients and they seem to be a great blend.Pros: no aftertaste/pills aren't overly large (though they are on the bigger side), mostly natural ingredients, effective regulator/cleanser for your bowels, for me did not cause discomfort or pain with increased movements.Cons: Not a 30 day cleanser, not an appetite suppressant (or at least not for me), I've included the actual product label wording below for the worst of it: "Do not use for more than seven days in a row or exceed the recommended daily dose."Summary: Some of the warning label caution statement is a little scary, but any time you talk about bowel movements and issues that can arise there is a chance it is a serious condition so it's understandable. I didn't suffer any negative side effects and I found it to be a very effective cleanser/regulator. I've used other actual cleanse products in the past which are 30 day regimes and haven't noticed as much of a difference as I do on this product after 4 days.

I want to give 5 stars but it doest really function on me as well that its suposse. It easy to swallow and helps me in my digestion proccess, but it doesnt make to "go" at all. Maybe its my body or something. Other than that its a easy to swallow pill not like others that are big and its take a hard work to swallow it.I received this product at a discount price at exchange of my honest review.
