Q: Will these jigs work with a cabinet that needs slide a rear drawer slide hanger installed? Did not see this application in the video.

No, don't buy these they are glorified framing squaren speed square or rafter Square's . Simply clamp bottom of Rafter Square's to face of cabinet 1/4 inch higher than bottom of drawer measurement. Screw it in your done. You can buy a rafter Square for a few bucks at harborfreight.com. Surprise they even have pocket hole jigs. Common mistake is that the Kreg Jiggs ARE THE only options for pocket holes & other items when in fact there has been similar if not identical devices for years and years at far cheaper rate.

Hello Wilber,Mounting Drawer-Slide Cabinet Members*Place a ¼" 6mm-thick, 1½" 38mm-wide spacer board that is as long as the drawer slide between the bottom of the cabinet and each drawer slide.*For overlay drawer fronts, follow the drawer-slide manufacturer's instructions for the slide setback distance from the face of the stile (for face-frame cabinets) or the front edge of the cabinet side (for frameless cabinets). For inset drawer fronts, add the thickness of the drawer front.* Using the vertical mounting slots in the drawer-slide cabinet members as guides, drill pilot holes and screw the cabinet members in place.INSTALLING A DRAWER AT THE BOTTOM OF A CABINETUnder-mount Drawer Slides*Follow the drawer-slide manufacturer's instructions for installing the drawer membersThank You,Josh

Q: Do these work well without the kreg clamps shown in the pictures and video?

I don't like using the Kreg clamps with these jigs. Too hard adjusting them just right and then getting them in the right place. It's way easier to use a one-handed "squeeze" type bar clamp like the Irwin: https://www.amazon.com/IRWINQUICK-GRIPOne-Handed-Mini-Clamp-Pack-1964745/dp/B001NP9S7M/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1504218775&sr=8-7&keywords=bar+clamps I actually use clamps I got at Harbor Freight for $4 each.

Q: Can this jig work for drawers with slides mounted 2.25” from bottom of drawer?

Yes it can, the mfg wasn't thinking in 2 dimensions. Just flip the jig 180 in the horizontal plane, that is turn it upside down, you may need another clamp to hold the drawer slide or you can hold by hand, the important thing is that the slide is 90 dg to the front which it will be weather the jig is above or below the slide!
