Not saying don't buy it. If you plan on just one year stay it's a good price point but the thing is loud and the top broke and it started leaking all around. I took it to EROS customer service and they went ahead with fixing the plastic top and making me pay 100 AED even without asking me if I approve the repair. Can't wait to get rid of it. If you plan on buying a water dispenser get a good one. The last one I had worked efficiently for years unlike this one.

Its a good purchase given the price point. MAchine works fine for a family of 4. Many people have commented regarding this model's loud compressor sound but I have found this to be untrue after almost for 2 weeks of use now, the dispenser is pretty silent. Also have observed the following though its not a big deal: Water flowing out of the normal water tap is much colder than room temperature and not at room temperature, I guess its influenced by the Cold Water Tap next to it although the water is not as cold flowing out from the Cold Water Tap but relatively cold Secondly the Hot Water dispensing is limited to max 2 glasses say about 250ml at at time and then water turns normal so you just need to wait about 5 minutes to allow the machine to dispense another 2 glasses of hot water

1 month review. I have used this dispenser the cooling is good, I haven't tested the hot water so can't write anything regarding that.the water flow is little slow and the buttons get stuck sometimes rest is OK.

here is my 6 months review. -waterflow is slow and buttons are hard, making it a pain in the .. hand if you need to fill a large kettle for example. after 2 months of purchase the water leaked from the top,i sent it to their maintenance, they returned to me that there is no leakage, i didn't use it often since then, however 2 months later, leaking again, still under "warranty " but i decided to disassemble it and repair it myself this time. to find that the issue was that the top silicon gasket wasn't fitted properly and it is a pain in the ...hand to disassemble the top plastic cover to reposition the gasket in its place , and it stopped leaking . lessons learnt: they have poor quality control to let a product go out with a fault like this and they have even worse warranty that didn't even bother to recheck.
