I have found that B Complex is one of the most essential vitamins for the preservation of good body health, and also great for your liver, which is essential for the processing of your body nutrients and defense against toxins. B vitamin complex can be obtained from various foods; but with today's processing and long shelf storage, including refinement of foods including the additional substances of no value added making man foods pre-digested, supplements are mostly necessary to maintain good body health. I have used many products over the years, and I have found that Solgar products, and this B Complex, is a terrific product. Solgar delivers continued quality, excellent value, and dependable performance. It gives you energy, maintains good health, and makes you feel good; but here's the caveat: If you are not in the best of health, if you are in need of B Complex, you may experience some nausea when first taking this. I think this is most likely because the body chemistry has altered to accept the food and drink that is bad for you. I'll let you be the judge of that. But this reaction will very soon abate as your body returns to its best condition. You will feel the difference for the better, and Solgar products, I have found, are the best value, quality, and consistent dependability overall. Believe me, with the complexity and time-demands on our lives today, the stress we encounter, Solgar B Complex is an essential product to supplement our body needs.
