Is this a knockoff perfume now? I have ordered this perfume 2 x before and this one is not the same.

There is a shelf life for everything. Please check the bottle, you will see the shelf life in small prints. Bluenyledirect and Fragrance202 has this product discounted at the moment.

Does it come in it's original packaging, plastic wrap and all?

Yes. Mine came in the original box and cellophane wrap.
