Right Label/Wrong Product
I ordered four (4) Philips Respironics Pico Traditional Nasal Mask Cushions (Small/Medium). I have ordered this product 8 times and simply chose the "Order this product again" option.What I received was [Picture A]. As you can see by the "A" label, the product name was correctly typed on the label. However, the barcode is wrong ( X002KT33N1 )What I should have received was [Picture B]. See correct barcode. X001FG5UYP. At least, I assume it is the correct barcode.While I was refunded my money, I really need to order this product again, but am afraid that I will receive the wrong product again.Is anyone in charge listening?

Item is NOT what is pictured or titled
Beware. Wrong product. Ordered the PIco and got the gel pillow mask. Not returnable. Ridiculous. DO NOT BUY this. IT is NOT the product listed or pictured.

Product different than advertised
This product is non-returnable/exchangeable and is not what was advertised in photos or description. My wisp frame will not fit on this nasal mask. The top is completely different than the one I was sent. No way to contact seller for correct product. Waste of money. If you use the Philips respironics wisp fabric frame, this mask will not work. Save your money. Only giving two stars because it arrived in two days like Amazon prime products used to.

What a joke!
If I could give negative stars I would! I ordered the nasal mask by the machine. All the reviews said it was “Small”. TOO SMALL, is more like it. It is so small, it will not hoook up to the hose. The hose goes inside the mask hole, but they are the same size. Give me a break!!
