I train every day mainly in the gym but have started going for a run again. I have found that since taking this Joint Formula my knees are not aching as much and my shoulders feel better too. I have re ordered my second bottle, so yes I think it works for me!

I really loved this product. I was looking for something to help with general joint soreness. It worked almost instantly for me and I felt a huge difference. Unfortunately, I forgot to check with my doctor first. When I did I found out that there were potential interactions with a medication I currently take. I don't think it speaks to the quality of the product. It's simply bad chemistry. So, I am no longer taking this supplement and am definitely feeling it. Check with your doctor and if it works for you, I would highly recommend it.

It seems to help and has ingredients i take in addition so i was able to get three things in one! Nice quality product!!

I consider Dr Mercola's products to be of high quality, despite being on on the expensive side. I tried the 30 days joing formula and felt some relief and decided to purchase the 90 days tablets as I believe in giving new things a good stint to prove or disprove their efficacy. In short, so far so good. My knee pain has been been considerably alleviated and I have not changed my routine nor diet. The only addition are these tablets and I am pleased.

I use a lot of Mercola products, so I bought a months supply of this product to "try it out". I have an ongoing issue with a rotator cuff and a hip joint... After years of off and on pain, this product is really helping, something that a change in diet and exercise and other "supplements" haven't seemed to do. Expensive, yeah probably, but pain free is priceless! Just reordered another three months supply, I'll let you know...
