76.514 Model Wash Paint 35 ml, Dark Brown

Works great as long as you use it correctly with the correct other products and everything. The results are great when used correctly and in a correct order of application. Covers well. Color was great and as expected. Dries pretty quick but can be manipulated with the correct thinner.

Now I will just say I don’t paint models or anything really! I purchased a Lord of the Rings Prancing Pony pub sign, just a small one but when I received it the colours were all wrong and I had to paint the entire thing myself. You’ll see in the picture I’m not a great painter but the most important part you’ll see is that the pony itself looks a little weathered and dirty, as you’d except from a pub sign. I don’t have a before picture so you’ll have to take my word but that pony was a bright perfect white before I used this model wash. I’ve chipped the paint since then and I didn’t have a clue if I was using this model wash correctly but it worked. I do wish I went for the dark brown rather than the light brown but even as the most amateur painter ever, I couldn’t be happier with this model wash and I will be buying some better paint, brushes and most importantly the dark brown version of this model wash so I can redo this sign when I have a bit more time.
