Derma E Sensitive Skin Moisturizing Cream – Gentle, Unscented Daily Face Moisturizer – Soothing Facial Cream with Pycnogenol and Vitamins A, C and E - Reduces Redness and Irritation, 2 oz

This is easily the best facial moisturizer I have ever used, and that's saying something considering the skin struggles I have had since my teens. I have mild rosacea that was finally diagnosed when I was 27 (I'm 28 now). I use this cream in combination with a prescription sulfur/sodium sulfacetamide cleanser and metronidizole cream. I use this derma e cream on top of the prescription metro cream after it has absorbed (about 5 minutes), both morning and evening. In the morning I then add Neutrogena Dry Touch sun screen on top and that's it! If I want to use foundation I use Eau Thermale Avene Haute Protection Tinted Compact makeup. My face is so clear, that sort of gorgeous skin effect that I never thought was possible, because so frequently when my skin is good it still has a congested effect. I haven't had a single breakout since trying this derma e cream, and my redness is very controlled. Rosacea is never "cured," it's always a process of preventing flare ups and taming the inflammation. I'll continue using this derma e cream if it keeps working for me as it is currently. Note that I already had good skin due to my prescription products before trying this, but my previous favorite moisturizer (Eau Thermale Avene Cicalfate cream) wasn't working as well for me on a daily basis anymore, and the derma e cream got my skin to the place I wanted it to be. If you have sensitive redness prone skin / rosacea (the stereotypical Irish skin) consider giving this a try, but make sure you're using other products that target your skin concerns. My only complaint is sometimes it's not quite as moisturizing as I want it to be, but that could be solved with a spritz of thermal spring water perhaps. All in all, great product!

I swear this stuff is the best face cream I've ever used. It feels good going on and the scent is not offensive, and as a person allergic to petroleum products it is hard for me to find something that doesn't cause my skin to break out. Probably the very best part of using this though, is that my skin looks fantastic. I've tried a lot of different things, but this is the cream I keep coming back to, for one thing the really high Vitamin E content keeps my skin looking fabulous - and at 45 it is nice to be mistaken for about 10-15 years younger than I am (mind you I have never been a fan of suntanning) I've been using this since I was 40. I used it not only on my face but when I have an injury to my skin because it seems to help the skin heal much faster and more thoroughly. I've found it useful as a healing balm for my family, when they've not been mindful of their skin and the weather. I expect I will use it until I stumble across something even better, but I am not actively searching for another product. I have also used it in the gel format, but I find that I like the feeling of the creme better.This is a really good product.

I liked this product a lot!This cream is moisturizing and gentle. It has a lovely texture and doesn’t leave a shiny finish. I felt it was more like a soft matte or natural finish. As someone with oily skin, I liked that. I still felt hydrated, but not oily/greasy. I think a little goes a long way too!My only minor criticism is the smell. It’s a bit like plastic or maybe earthy. This product has no fragrance, so I assumed it to be the ingredient, Pycnogenol (French Pinus pinaster bark extract), which is the antioxidant that gives the product it’s pinkish/brown color. Perhaps it’s just the overall mix of the cream, though- I’m not sure.I have used this product on my face and neck and have been very pleased with the softness and overall health of my skin.Pros:•Lovely texture•Long-lasting•A little goes a long way•Natural finishCons:•Subtle scent may be sensitizing to some•May not be emollient enough for someone with very dry skin

This is one of the best face moisturizers I've ever used. I waited to rave just in case, but it has been over 2 months and I still love it. It's not heavy, it absorbs into my skin well, and it doesn't clog my pores at all or make me break out or itch. Most other face creams have done at least one if not more of those things, so to find one that actually makes my skin feel BETTER after putting it on is amazing! It is lightweight so it will be perfect in the warmer weather, so the only downside is I have to use extra in the winter when my face is dry and I go through it faster, but it still lasted me 2 and a half months, so I'm ok with that! I also use the Derma-E sensitive skin cleanser and I recommend that too.I bought one for my mother-in-law who also has very sensitive skin and buys products with no fragrance, tries to stay as natural as possible, and she absolutely loves this product as well. She said it actually absorbs into her skin and she likes that it doesn't wash off from just splashing water on her face, which is a good thing!

Ok, so I have a limonene allergy on top of my sensitive skin. And almost ALL cosmetic and skincare products have that as an ingredient. Literally. Its a really great, natural ingredient if you aren't allergic, so im not mad about that. But it is frustrating at times. Now I've found this product. And im in heaven. Yall my face is so happy!! This stuff is so creamy and light i want to put it everywhere! I was like, why is this cream tan colored but I used it anyway and its fantastic. Its not heavy, its not sticky. It soaks in quickly and leaves my skin so soft. I just love it!! I've been using it for over a month now and my rosascea is even lighter on my cheeks. My skin looks and feels better and my makeup looks better, too! I use the matching face wash, as well. Its not real lathery, but it cleans well and feels good!
