QWORK Double Groove Web Sheaves, 4.25"OD 1" Bore V-Belt Sheave for V-Belt, 2AK44-1

The keyway was too small, and once I widened the keyway, the pulley fit. But the fit was extremely tight and required a hammer to basically permanently install the Qwork 2.8" pulley on a motor with a very clean and not rusted 5/8" shaft.I removed a pully from my Grizzly 16 amp motor on my G1022 vintage contractors tablesaw (mid 1990's?) belt drive tablesaw. The original pulley wasn't machined to close tolerances and had a visible wobble, of maybe 0.005" runout. You could see the runout of the belt grooves on the original pulley on the motor which is a 3 1/16" diameter pulley.I tried installing the new Qwork pulley but the keyway was machined too small and the keyway on my Grizzly taiwan motor, was too large. It could be a problem with my saw. But I got the impression that the keyway was machined too small on the Qwork 2.80" pulley. Neverthless some filing with a small hand file, worked to enlarge the keyway (be careful not to remove more material than you need. I only need to file for about 2 minutes).

Excellent fit on my Craftsman table saw. My only suggestion is that a Woodruff key is included with the pulley.

These are total quality. You can tell right away by the weight. They are formed and machined to absolute perfection. The icing on the cake was how wonderful they look! It's the beautiful coating and finish they have. I Highly recommend it!!! I hate to admit it, but geez, I didn't even want to put them on the motor arbor since they were so good looking!!!

Replaced the aluminum one on my 40 year old Sears 10 inch table saw - parts are no longer carried. Set screw hole was stripped. This one feels like it is made of steel should last.

I used this pulley on my old Briggs and Stratton engine that powers my edger. Fit perfectly and works great. Pully is well made, thick metal and is stout. Happy with my purchase.

The sheave worked prefectly.

Used this on Craftsman table saw, after installing this pulley the saw ran smother than when it was new, great product and am very satisfied

nice protective packaging, fits perfect, runs smooth. replaced cast aluminum pulleys on table saw that would get hot and loosen up. these run quiet and smooth, no heating up.
