Can this be used for person with sweaty palms to grip on jungle gym bars etc?

Absolutely, I straight bar deadlift 500+ lbs and this chalk makes sweat on my palms non existent. I highly recommend it!

Hi,acording to my kitchen scale right now it's 1.3 oz. Perhaps before I started using it the ball might have held 1 1/2 oz. or a little bit more
