Plug too large for the Z2
The plug that goes into the Z2 is too large.Note: This is not a voltage issue as others have stated. The Z2 is designed to operate on 12 volts nominal, though the AC adapter is 15 volts. I have been successfully using a DIY straight pass through cord with my unit. The reason the power from this cord cuts out, is the plug simply doesn't insert fully into the CPAP. So you have a lose connection. I would NOT recommend forcing it as it might bend the contacts inside and make your AC adapter unusable.

Doesn't work for Z2 series
the Z2 series needs 15 Volts, this only provides 12. It will work for almost a minute then shut off, every time.

Bought to use with z2
Not working with my z2 will run for a bit and then stops.

This will not work with the Z1 or Z2
This doesn't work with the Z1 or Z2. It is a simple fused pass through device meaning the output of this adapter too low to power these CPAP machines. They work "sometimes", but because the output voltage is too low, the current draw will be high. This can damage your machine.

Works perfectly with my Z1
I can charge my Z1 CPAP batteries as I drive, or pull over and take a nap while in my car. Works perfect!
