Night Light Baby In-Sight Pivot Mirror

Update: I purchased a new one and the remote for the new one worked with the old mirror and the old remote worked for the new mirror. Weird but I now have exactly what I wanted and the mirror now works as it should. I'm happy with the product just wish I didn't have to buy 2. I purchased this off of my baby registry, set it up in preparation for the arrival of my baby and now that we're days away from having her, I tried to turn it on and try it out and it doesn't work. All new batteries and everything and it's a dud. I'm extremely upset about this because my vehicle doesn't have a light for the back seats so It was important to me to have a baby mirror that had a light so I could see her.

This Munchkin Baby car mirror checked all of the blocks in a rear facing mirror. The straps are sturdy and long enough to fit a wide range of headrests. I’ve installed two of them, one in my wife’s 2023 Honda HR-V and one in my 2023 Toyota Tundra 1794 crew cab. And in both of them thee mirror fit perfectly. I was able to get the straps routed around the headrests snugly. The remote control is a great feature to have to light up the area when you want to check and make sure everything is fine without waking up the baby. If you need to adjust it the straps can be loosened or tightened with ease. The mirror is large enough to get my baby’s whole body in view too. Loving it thus far.

Perfect to see my baby in the car and I love the light feature for at night when it’s dark or the rainbow feature when I want to entertain her in the car.

Works very well, helps my baby feel better in the car at night. I wish I could change the dimness. It’s a good, big size, I can see my baby and her whole seat very well in my mirror. It feels very stable when installed correctly (which is easy to do). Aside from the dimness, I love it!

I got this item through our baby registry, and thought the features of it were better than the others. I ended up giving this car seat baby mirror three chances. Tested and returned each one. They all didn't work! Even munchkin's customer support was sorry and said this is "highly unusual and unfortunate". I don't know man.... If it doesn't work even after two replacements, maybe it's a product design issue? With each one that arrived, I got four fresh AAA batteries for the mirror, installed them, and tested the remote. Nothing happened. First one: Fiddled with it more. Nothing. Even got and replaced the battery in the remote. Nothing. After 20 minutes of testing all the buttons and all sorts of angles, it lit up once. Just once. I never got it to light again. Is it teasing me? Anyways, too unreliable. I asked Amazon for a replacement. Second try: put in AAAs, no go. Switched remote battery, no go. I read a review on Amazon that said it worked later in the day, so I waited until nighttime and tried again. Nothing. With this second one it didn't even light up once. I called munchkin support who was as flabbergasted as I was. They apologized and asked me to replace it through Amazon. Third one: same deal. No go. I got it to light up twice in probably a total of 20 minutes of fiddling. No idea what angle or pressure of pushing the button worked. I couldn't deal with this anymore, so started a refund request. Sad.

Love the lights to see baby at night and helps distract them if fussy. The remote is amazing so you don't have to teach back to turn it on and off or to change the colors. It's durable and easy to use.

The light is helpful to see baby in the dark or to entertain with color changes. However, the remote does not consistently work. The mirror size and quality are good.

Love this mirror/light for our baby girl. The clicker is so handy and no excess cords needed. The light really helps keep her happy when she’s awake when it’s dark too.

A luz é bem fraca, não ilumina o rosto como achei que faria, mas o tamanho do espelho é bom. As luzes coloridas são boas pra distrair o bebê. O controle só funciona se ficar no para-sol do passageiro.

I bought one and the remote did not work well. Then I returned and got another one and this one has been very good so far.

Mi bebé lloraba mucho en los viajes en carro, me ayudó mucho a que se acostumbrara más rápido y ahora lo mantiene distraído y calmado, lo recomiendo mucho !

LOVE THE SIZE, THE LOOKS, EASY TO INSTALL, STURDY WHEN INSTALLED. JUST FEEL THAT THE RMEOVE CONTROL DOESN'T WORK VERY WELL AND THE BATTERIES DIE WAYYYY TOOO FAST...
