Q: Is there a port for a gauge and another for output? what is the thread of the other port/ports? Thanks.

Yes. There should have been better photos, including the opposite side. The product description should have included the details you asked for. The current product description is incorrect - there is no gauge or hose included, just what you see in the photo. Look up the JEGS Performance Products W10056 manifold - it's the same part, but with more accurate description and 4 photos. The gauge port is threaded 1/8 NPT, and the output is 1/4 NPT. These are common sizes for a mini gauge and standard air fittings and/or hose ends.

Q: Cai i adjust the safety valve to 200psi?

I do not think so --- there is no place for adjustment on the fitting or valve.

I have mine on a portable 6 gallon air tank and works fine with 115 lbs air pressure i would see any problem on 10 galtank

Q: Does the On/Off switch stop the flow of air through the manifold or just the schrader valve?

You can fill tank with valve closed but no air to hose unless you open valve. If valve is closed all the way air still leaks to hose but back off about 1 turn and it will be off. This is a good valve all metal better than what came with my air tank originally.
