Overall quality and performance are tops, the best there is: Audio quality on ear pieces and microphone are perfect, zero issues. Everything is clear on both ends and better than any other headset I have ever tried (and I've tried the most expensive Plantronics, Polycom, Sony, Jabra, Microsoft, and several other brands). Signal quality and general reliability are also the best there is. It always connect reliably and no static or disconnects or anything. It is well built and solid, yet it is light and comfortable. It also works perfectly (all features) with MS Teams, and Zoom, and WebEx. I have never had a headset that integrated fully with all 3 apps (all buttons and features). It has pro level features if you take the time to read the full manual. You can tweak several settings, which were useful for me. Also, setup is super easy and they provide you with all the cables and plugs (no skimping) My gripes: The mute on/off button on the headset are not great. There is one on the boom mic and another under the left ear piece (which is also the volume up and down). The one on the boom mic you have to press with you finger nail, it is so small. The one that is a shared button with the volume up/down isn't easy to press with one hand, and can lead to a volume change. I had another headset previously with a very easy to use big button on the boom for mute on/off The docking station is not great. Setting the headset down to charge is a delicate process that isn't just drop on the dock. You have to place it just right for the pins to line up (if you aren't careful, they don't line up and it won't charge the battery). Also, the size/position of the headset makes the other ear piece bump on the back of the dock and so you wiggle it over the dock and place it just right. It's kind of annoying. Also, the buttons on the dock have zero physical feel or response. They work reliably it seems. But you don't know if you pressed it without looking at the light on the button. These mute on/off features are important for those of us that work remotely. I toggle my mute button a dozen times each meeting, because I leave it on mute if I'm not talking. None of the 3 physical buttons are great for fast easy no-look usage. SUMMARY: Overall, it is the best headset I've ever used for conferencing (and I am pretty sure I've used all the most expensive ones from all the pro brands). Therefore, my gripes aren't enough to reduce a star. I like the audio and signal quality of this so much that if they made a new version with better mute button and dock, I would buy it and donate this one.

I returned this within 5 minutes of unboxing. The headset band is tiny and hard. It appears well made but it just doesn't fit. I have other headsets from Jabra, Bose, Plantronics - none are this small. It has all the features I want (noise cancelling mic, bluetooth and DEC, multiple connections, good battery life, etc.) but I can't wear it - not sure what they were thinking.

I love this product, I have tried them all. - Jabra, Airpods, Platronics. This one just works brilliantly with my Macbook. Plug in via USB, set your speakers/mic to use it and its done. No extra config, no installing applications. Just works. Micrphone is great at blocking unwanted background noise. And best of all, no Bluetooth so your headset is always ready to go. The only mild complaint, I wish the headset was a little more padded. I could fix this if it wasn't for the global virus lockdown with a little bit of fabric. However, surprisingly it still feels pretty comfortable. Invest the cash, you won't regret it.

I got this to replace a Plantronics unit that had served its life. The range on this headset is fantastic and the audio quality is good, but the headset disconnects from the base constantly, its "noise-canceling" is sub-par at best and constantly has little glitches where it will constantly say call incoming or just disconnect from the computer intermittently after a call, and the only fix is to completely power off, unplug and restart the headset. Go elsewhere.
