US voltage requirements
It's a US power pin. You would need a step down voltage adapter to use this product in the UAE. That's not very convenient. Otherwise the product is good quality and does the job.

not compatible
unfortunately its a 120v.should not be sold in uae.and unfortunately i destroyed the packaging as it comes with a vacuumed plastic container so no chance to return.silly now it makes sense why the packaging is like that.
