Can you tell me what year is that expiration date?. do you sell any syringe for insulin .Need to know ASAP

My order Exp. date was Nov 2019 and I received it on the first of Nov 2018. I have no Idea about being able to order syringes from this vendor. I do know at the time of my order it was the best price per test strip than any other offer on Amazon.
