I was dealing with frozen shoulder and started physical therapy right away. It helped, but the pain and stiffness were still getting in the way. I decided to try Zyflamend, and surprisingly, I noticed a difference within a couple of days. It didn’t fix everything, but it seemed to take the edge off the pain and inflammation, which made it easier to actually do the PT exercises.I’ve been using it for a few weeks now alongside PT, and things are definitely improving. No side effects for me. Just felt like it gave my recovery a bit of a boost.

I have used this product to help manage systemic inflammation. More specifically, I use in combination with other supplements to help manage my prostate health. I have notice that using this product with the other products does help manage inflammation more effectively.Other types of inflammation that this could be used for would be managing inflammation of the joints. Many times, as we age, we feel like we just don’t move the same as when we were younger. It feels more restricted to move and bend. One cause of that could be that the body is experiencing systemic inflammation.So, what is systemic inflammation? It is when the interstitial fluid builds up within the body. This is fluid that occurs between the cells. It is used to carry nutrients to the cell and carry away the waste products after cellular respiration has occurred. Think of it like squeezing a garden hose with the water running. What happens? The water yields to the pressure and flows less. Think of the cell as being the garden hose and the increased pressure of the interstitial fluid as you squeezing that hose except that it is happening throughout your body. Everything becomes tighter and therefore works less efficiently. Reducing inflammation then eases that pressure.Lastly, I would like to say that managing symptoms of any kind is not always going to be effective. That’s because we can only hypothesize as to what the underlying cause is based on the symptoms. For example, I mentioned inflammation of the joints. If a person is having discomfort in the joints, then that could be caused by many factors – one of which could be systemic inflammation. Or, it could be multiple factors all occurring at the same time – one of which is systemic inflammation. The only way, at least that I have found, to determine the cause of the underlying condition is to try different products that target different causes. Sometimes I try multiple products until I find one that works. The others not working does not necessarily reflect poorly on the product; it just might be that the underlying cause is not able to be addressed by the particular product. This supplement is great. I had taken it for over 6 months and stopped for two months to see if I could notice a difference in pain, mobility and energy. I recommend this product to help with day to day inflammation and pain. For many with injuries old and new the ingredients are great and I recommend using supplements from new chapter in general.

I purchased this product based on the recommendation of a friend, for my lower back pain.I received the bottle over night. Ordered it at 10 pm and it was delivered tbe next morning before 8 AM. AMAZING WORK BY AMAZON EMPLYEES.I took 2 capsules the first day and as soon as I took the capsules, with in 15 minutes I felt a good relief of pressure and pain in my lower back. I think this was a psychological effect. Since this is not a pain killer. For you to see the effects will take a few days of taking tbe capsules. Today I have started to feel the effectsLess pain, less pressure. I am taking turmeric at the same time, in addition . Over all I am pleasantly satisfied with the effectiveness of this product, and will continue taking it as long g as it helps with my lower back pain.Hopefully it is safe taking it for a long run !

I'll be the first to admit it...I'm a skeptic. But, let me tell you after taking this supplement for one week I don't have any more arthritis pain and I'm sure not skeptical of it. What a miracle. Because of my stupid Obamacare insurance I can't go to a specialist until I reach a $6500 deductible. I really, really needed to go to my orthopedist and get cortisone shots in my shoulders, but that would mean x-rays or maybe a CT or MRI, a doctor visit and the injection, none of which would be covered. So, maybe that could end up being $1000 or more out of pocket. In that case I was just going to suffer with it. I was waking up during night with my shoulders hurting so bad I'd have to take two Aleve. Moving a particular way would cause horrible pain. I also had painful arthritis in my hands and hips. I saw this stuff and read the glowing reviews and thought it would be worth a try. Couldn't hurt, right? It's recommended on the bottle that you start with one a day for two weeks. The first day I only took one with no ill effects, so I started taking the two prescribed caps. Within 3 days my pain had decreased significantly and now after taking it for a week it's gone except for a twinge in my right shoulder. I expect that to go away, too. Zyflamend will be part of my routine forever now. It's truly amazing how these two little caps can make so much difference. It's the real deal!

There is a lot of good anti inflammatory stuff in this product. But altogether, I found it to be very upsetting to my stomach. Instant heartburn. I passed them on to a friend with a steel stomach, and he too found them upsetting. I had not told him exactly what it was I didn’t like about them. I just told him I didn’t care for them and would he like to try them? So to have him text me asking “do those upset your stomach? I don’t like them!” So it’s not just me!Sometimes too much of a good thing can be not so good for you.
