It often slowly lowers itself but otherwise pretty good.
After usage I notice the chair lowers itself to a different height and I will have to raise it again which can get annoying. Very comfortable chair though as I sit in it for work and other long periods and have had no uncomfortable instances

Not bad, but...
I was looking for a very straight up back to my chair as I have a back problem (leaning backwards hurts my back)- this works nicely. Easy enough to assemble (leave the plastic side covers till the end). Headrest sits low (I'm 192cm) against my neck. Lumbar is no use to me (presses on sciatic nerve). Both cushions are squishy if you need that sort of thing. Screws for the armrest are slightly too long and push up into the arm cushion- add about 4mm of spacers when assembling (I found some shorter bolts). Reasonably well made, all holes line up, covering material well sewn. Comfy enough after several hours. For me the only negative is that the backrest-to-seat hinge mechanism is only on one side of the chair, which means when you lean back the right mechanism does all the work and left side is there purely for side-to-side stability, not backward\ forwards strength. In time you know the back will eventually go askew as it's really only tensioned on one side.

Great chair
Superb chair. I find it sturdy and comfortable. Arms are easily adjustable and was pretty easy to assemble

Pretty decent
Had this lil thing for around a year or so, and was simple to build, both the headrest pillow and lower back pillow are removable with ease, arm rests are fully adjustable and turn. Only downside is god it is creaky, definitely a thing that came with time after daily use but without headphones it is noticibably loud.

Stiff at first, great value for price
Great quality for price, I spend more than 10 hours per day for the last 4 months on this chair, no apparent problem. Not the most comfortable chair at first, really really stiff, took about a month of sitting to the material soft.I’m 169 and 60kg, it fits quite well for me, but I don’t imagine it’ll fit people over 80kg

Not 100% comfy but very good chair for price
The chair itself was easy to assemble but one of the screw holes for the armrest wasn't manufactured properly and I couldn't get the screw in, so I didn't put one in (didn't want to return and cause a fuss for something so big). Doesn't really affect the armrest, it's just a little wobbly on one side.As for the chair itself, it's massive and has support in all the right places. I did put some small cushions next to the lumbar cushion just for some more rounded support as it's not 100% comfy but it does it's job.The recline function is very good and overall I do really like the chair

A Comfy Chair for Work from Home.
After the old swivel office chair lost a wheel, I ordered this gaming chair for my husband to replace the old one. He has worked from home for almost a year so far. Nearly 9 hours a day sitting in the garage(his office), a comfy chair is necessary.Very quick delivery, a big box sent by DPD to our door. Small tool and spare screws included, it took my husband about half an hour to assemble it with help(trouble) from our two wee monkeys. Seemed nothing difficult, just followed the instructions, step by step, put all things into the right place. Now he has used this chair for two months, both lumber cushion and neck pillow were removed by him, no other complaints. Reclinable seat back, Adjustable chair height and armrest, all functions well. All in all, it is a nice and comfy chair, suitable for people who works from home.

failing apart in less than a year
So besides the pads not staying where they should and the castors not working fully(chair only moves as it wants and the castors do not spin so stay stuck in one direction!)My biggest disappointment is that after light use fittings come undone no mater how much you tighten and the seams on the arm rests have split apart....
