It's a nice hat but the head area from the brim to the top is too wide so it does not sit flat on top,

Very practical. I wear this hat everyday to protect my skin and eyes from the sun. The strap is very handy. It has prevented the hat from blowing away on several occasions. The best part of all is that it’s machine washable. I bought this hat for that very reason. Hats are almost never machine washable. They always say “spot clean.” Well, I’m not spot cleaning anything. It goes straight into the washing machine along with all my other clothes. I’ve washed it once in cold water and drip dried it, and it came out good as new. The sunscreen stain on the inner brim came out, and the shape and size remained the same. I bought another one in case anything happens to this one. Great value.

For the most part, this hat was great. Unfortunately, I got mud on it and I had to wash it. It is now much tighter in fit. I think it shrank.

The brim of this hat measures 3.5 inches (8.5cm) in the front and back and 3 inches on the sides, so not quite as advertised as having a 3 inch brim. I wanted a hat similar to the old Eddie Bauer model I have that is 25 years old and now falling apart. My old hat has a symmetrical brim 3 inches wide (front, back and sides) and what I was looking to match. The hat otherwise fits my needs and appears to be of adequate construction and the right materials for my main purpose - wearing it in the pool.

Love the fit of this hat. It’s very comfortably. I can wear with my hair up or down. And it keeps my face from the sun.

Particularly in light of the modest price, this is a really excellent hat.It is adjustable so it will fit most, as the headband can be tightened or loosened.There is also an adjustable chin strap to secure the hat in windy conditions.In addition, the brim is stiffer so that it protects the head from sun.The hat is also very lightweight and has a mesh band to keep the head cool, even in very hot conditioons.

I bought this hat for a vacation to Cancun and I was not disappointed! Keeping sun off of my face is important to me, and this blocked the sun greatly, not only on my face, but ears, neck, etc.I wore it in the ocean and because of the strap, I didn't lose it in the rocky waves, and if I turned my back to the waves, the hat would protect my face from the salt water and that was amazing. I do note that the clasps are rusting now, but that is probably due to my care vs. the hat itself being a problem. For the price and what it's for, I 100% recommend it.

Great hat, have a couple others but the vent around the top makes a huge difference in the comfort. Have worn it for hours at a time outdoors and the sun protection for your entire face was amazing.It does have an adjustable head strap if it’s a little to big, but if you have a lot of thick hair even completely open it’s a little tight.

I like it because it's a lightweight, stylish, and has a tiny pocket to keep my key or card. I didn't like that the string came off when I tried to tighten it on the first day.
